Named after Richard who was killed on HMS HAMPSHIRE.

Frank was stationed in Italy with his brother Arthur during WW2. Frank had been sent to deliver a message and he passed Arthur and a few others sitting on the ground having a brew ,Arthur offered Frank one but Frank said I've got to take this message but pour me one and I'll be back in five. When Frank got back their officer stopped him and told him Arthur had been injured, a German shell had landed by them and critically injured him. Frank got to the forward dressing station before Arthur was taken to a hospital and a few weeks later Frank got a letter from England telling him that Arthur was dead.
