After Zachariah's death,his son Zachariah James applied for his estate and swore that his father died a widower and intestate and that he was the only son - he certainly was the eldest son but not the only one.
At the time of his death Zachariah was living in Five Fields which was a swampy area between Chelsea and Belgravia.
